Lead Product Manager; Data Platform

Responsibilities

• Manage the technology life cycle of products, features and enhancements through conceptualization, requirements gathering, product specification, implementation review, release, and end of life.
• Partner with the product leadership teams to develop and execute a product strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Work closely with engineering to deliver high quality solutions that exceed customer expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
• Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the product team.
• Act as the primary point of contact and guide a cross‑functional team to ensure whole‑product readiness.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to launch new products to market.
• Practice strong release management principles, including phased rollouts and feature flags/toggles to ensure controlled, safe and reliable product delivery.
• Create and deliver clear, compelling presentations that align executives and cross‑functional stakeholders around product direction and outcomes.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
• 5‑7+ years of experience with Enterprise SaaS applications.
• 5+ years of experience with Product Management.
• Proven experience with Workforce Management and Human Capital Management products or markets.
• Strong proficiency in data and analytics, including SQL.
• Exceptional business acumen and internal partnership skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decision‑making.
• Ability to work successfully within a team and manage a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.
• Able to guide individuals with different personalities and styles to a common outcome.
• Ability to inspire and lead development teams without management authority.
• Effective communication skills: ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
