Responsibilities
- Manage the technology life cycle of products, features and enhancements through conceptualization, requirements gathering, product specification, implementation review, release, and end of life.
- Partner with the product leadership teams to develop and execute a product strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Work closely with engineering to deliver high quality solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the product team.
- Act as the primary point of contact and guide a cross‑functional team to ensure whole‑product readiness.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to launch new products to market.
- Practice strong release management principles, including phased rollouts and feature flags/toggles to ensure controlled, safe and reliable product delivery.
- Create and deliver clear, compelling presentations that align executives and cross‑functional stakeholders around product direction and outcomes.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
- 5‑7+ years of experience with Enterprise SaaS applications.
- 5+ years of experience with Product Management.
- Proven experience with Workforce Management and Human Capital Management products or markets.
- Strong proficiency in data and analytics, including SQL.
- Exceptional business acumen and internal partnership skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decision‑making.
- Ability to work successfully within a team and manage a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.
- Able to guide individuals with different personalities and styles to a common outcome.
- Ability to inspire and lead development teams without management authority.
- Effective communication skills: ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
