Position: SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Provide training and create work schedules.
  • Evaluate worker performance, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards.
  • Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
  • Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or time‑off requests.
  • Mentor employees, develop them, and encourage goal setting and advancement within the organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Full‑time shift supervisor position.
  • Prior supervisory experience required.
Schedule
  • Full‑time:
    Sunday through Thursday, 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm.
Location
  • 1700 Southwest College Avenue, Topeka, KS 66621 (Washburn University).
Compensation

Pay range: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour.
