K-Level Manager, Supply Chain Strategy & Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Shape high-level supplier engagement strategies and teaming arrangements
• Architect a comprehensive, BDS-level overview of the category landscape
• Lead the end-to-end development of the Supply Chain Architecture for major new defense programs
• Drive proactive Supply Chain Risk Mitigation (SCRM) strategic planning
• Generate data-driven Supplier Assessment Reports focusing on geopolitical vulnerabilities
• Oversee the data integrity, regular updates, and long-term maintenance of the Recommended Bidder Identification tool
• Partner closely with Government Operations (Gov Ops) and the BDS Law Department

• At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience)
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, International Relations, or a related field
• More than 5 years of experience in supply chain strategy, strategic sourcing, or procurement—ideally within the aerospace, defense, or a highly regulated heavy industry
• Experience with production program oversight, supplier management, and risk management
• Experience in performing competitive market analysis
• Strong communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills are required
• Experience in Business Intelligence/Data Analytics tools and applications (such as IBM Cognos Analytics, SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics)
