• Physically fit and mentally alert; able to stand, walk, sit, lift, kneel, reach, handle, think, reason, and calculate.
• Positive attitude and professional behavior consistently displayed in all dealings with members and/or team members.
• One year of experience working with children.
• CPR/First Aid/AED for adults, infants, and children or ability to obtain certification.
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Available to work full days Monday–Friday for the entire summer season.
• Responsible for securing reliable transportation to and from work.
• State‑specific licensing requirements as applicable.

• Leading a team of campers through their “one week” camp experiences.
• Developing youth friendships to ensure each child is connected to their camp community.
• Completing daily opening and closing procedures, as well as safety logs.
• Daily written and verbal communication with camp parents, team members, club members, and Camp Site Director.
• Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the specific needs of the campers in your care and communicating safety or behavior concerns with appropriate parties.
• Ensuring each area of the club utilized by the camp is on brand, clean, and in good repair.
• Finding coverage for sick days and communicating planned vacation days prior to the start of the season.
