Join Our Team as a Civil Foreman!
Are you a skilled leader in the construction industry with a passion for overseeing civil projects? CD&H, Inc. is seeking a motivated Civil Foreman to join our team. As a Civil Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of our construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and other staff on civil projects
- Coordinate project tasks according to priorities and plans
- Ensure all safety and quality standards are met on site
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients
The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, a strong understanding of civil construction techniques, and excellent leadership skills. A proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget is highly desirable.
Qualifications:- Experience as a Civil Foreman in the construction industry
- Knowledge of civil construction techniques and requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to Travel throughout various work projects/locations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- OSHA certification is a plus
