• Estimates Commercial Door packages in new construction, remodel, and installation for construction projects across the Midwest.
• Reviews construction drawings and specifications to determine pricing for project proposals.
• Communicates with vendors on job specific pricing requests.
• Communicates with customers and solicits feedback on current and future project opportunities.
• Meets or exceed annual estimating volume expectations based on experience.
• Coordinates with project management staff upon notification of award for project handoff purposes.

• 2+ Years of commercial door, frame, and hardware experience required.
• 1+ Years of estimating experience required.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Degree in Construction or Business-related fields preferred, but not required.
• Protech or similar software experience preferred.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office products.
