Operations Manager
GPAC, in partnership with a well-established commercial construction firm, is hiring an experienced Assistant Project Manager to oversee and support construction projects, ensuring on-time completion, budget adherence, and safety compliance.
Responsibilities- Manage and ensure the timely completion of all construction projects
- Collaborate with project teams from initial phases to completion
- Ensure all resources are identified and allocated according to specifications
- Monitor progress of all projects, providing technical guidance to staff and contractors
- Analyze and address barriers to progress, and update project teams accordingly
- Develop and maintain project budgets, and review cost estimates
- Prepare progress reports and present progress updates to project teams
- Ensure safety regulations and industry standards are met on all projects
3+ years of experience in the construction industry, a degree preferred. Strong organizational, communication, problem‑solving and leadership skills, with the ability to work efficiently and independently.
