Osborne is seeking a detail‑driven, proactive Project Coordinator to support commercial construction projects–primarily within our EV infrastructure division. This is not a general administrative role. We're looking for someone who understands construction workflows, can keep multiple projects organized, and help drive execution alongside Project Managers and field teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As a Project Coordinator, you'll support multiple projects at once–working closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to keep jobs organized, documented, and moving forward. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistent communication, and the ability to manage shifting priorities across multiple active projects. Projects are often short‑duration and fast‑moving.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinate project communication and documentation across teams
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project logs
  • Support Project Managers and 2‑4 Superintendents with daily project needs
  • Organize and maintain construction documents and job files
  • Assist with subcontractor and supplier coordination
  • Track project progress and help ensure timelines are maintained
  • Identify gaps or issues and proactively follow up to keep projects moving

    Maintain accuracy and organization across all project documentation
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial construction or project coordination (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of construction terminology, documentation, and workflows
  • Experience with construction software (Job Planner or similar) and Bluebeam
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to job sites
  • Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
  • $60,000 - $75,000 based on experience
