Restoration Supervisor – SERVPRO
SERVPRO Team Marchese is hiring a Restoration Supervisor to lead restoration and reconstruction projects. If you thrive in fast‑paced environments, enjoy leading crews, and take pride in delivering quality results, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise on-site restoration projects from start to finish
- Lead crews, subcontractors, and vendors safely and efficiently
- Ensure top-quality workmanship and excellent client satisfaction
- Communicate with clients, adjusters, and team members
- Track timelines, budgets, and resources
- Restoration or construction experience (water, fire, mold mitigation a plus)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Xactimate &/or Dry Book experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally/overnight
- Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience
