Estimator - Plumbing / Mechanical
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Plumbing / Mechanical Estimator with a strong background in commercial and industrial plumbing and/or mechanical estimating. The ideal candidate will have excellent blueprint-reading skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to develop accurate, timely estimates while managing related project documentation.

Key Responsibilities- Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
- Prepare accurate and detailed plumbing and/or mechanical estimates.
- Analyze project requirements, materials, labor, equipment, and other associated costs.
- Develop timely estimates and proposals based on customer and project requirements.
- Complete and maintain documentation, paperwork, and records related to estimates and projects.
- Document estimating processes and maintain organized project information.
- Identify project requirements and make appropriate recommendations to customers and internal teams.
- Communicate effectively with customers, project personnel, and technical teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share project and estimating information.
- Follow established company procedures, policies, and protocols.
- Manage multiple estimating assignments while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers and business partners.
- Work independently while demonstrating sound judgment, initiative, and accountability.
- 3+ years of plumbing and/or mechanical estimating experience.
- Commercial and/or industrial plumbing or mechanical estimating experience.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Understanding of plumbing and mechanical systems, components, materials, and installation requirements.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prepare accurate and detailed estimates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with mobile tools, applications, and standard computer systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Professional attitude and exceptional work ethic.
- Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.
