A leading payment processing firm is looking for customer service representatives in Topeka, KS, to assist callers and resolve payment account inquiries. Candidates should possess a high school diploma and ideally have 2 years of college or relevant experience. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction and excellent oral communication skills. Available shifts are Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm and 9am-5:30pm Central Time.

Pay starts at $16.50 per hour, and bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.
