Work Model:
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days from home
- Serve as a positive role model in all interactions and communications
- Act as a liaison between customers, sales representatives, sales, procurement, management, and manufacturing plants, delivering both professional and timely communication
- Manage customer order verification, entry, changes, confirmation, expediting, and tracking to create a seamless customer experience
- Incorporate strategies to ensure profitability across the existing customer base, including inventory optimization, raw material cost control, and support for Engineering Change Notices
- Foster strong customer relationships, oversee product updates and changes, and partner with Division Managers and Project Engineers
- Develop a broad understanding of the business through cross-training across divisions and departments
- Prepare and analyze reports, such as the Customer Aging Order Report, to support decision-making and proactive problem-solving
- Maintain both electronic and paper documents and files for customer and company information
- Handle customer requests, including returns, quotations, complaints and samples, consistently providing outstanding customer service
- Travel occasionally to customer sites and manufacturing facilities to build and maintain engagement and relationships
- Detail-Oriented - Catch order discrepancies, pricing issues, and timeline conflicts before they become problems
- Proactive - Anticipate customer needs, follow up without being asked, and flag risks early
- Customer-Focused - Naturally driven to provide a positive, reliable experience for the customer
- Organized - Manage multiple accounts, orders, and deadlines without losing track of priorities
- Calm Under Pressure - Handle urgent requests, production delays, or escalations with composure

- Adaptable - Comfortable navigating changing production schedules, priorities, and customer demands
- Collaborative - Work well across teams (Sales, Production, Planning, IT) to get things done
