Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Premier Accounts Manager – Professional Events Services (PES) to join our ever-evolving Greater Giving team and help shape the future of global commerce.
What you’ll ownLead event planning and execution
Coordinate and manage onsite software support services for 200+ fundraising events annually, ensuring operational excellence and successful event outcomes.Serve as a trusted client partner
Act as the primary point of contact for premier nonprofit clients, providing proactive communication, consultation, and a high-touch service experience.Support onsite event delivery
Attend select events (minimum 6‑10), guide onsite coordinators, and troubleshoot issues in real time to ensure smooth execution.Collaborate across teams
Partner with customer success, sales, product, and other internal teams to align on client needs and deliver exceptional results.Manage operations and administration
Oversee scheduling, agreements, invoicing, and event documentation while maintaining accurate records across internal systems.
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations, fundraising, or event management
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple events and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with event technology or SaaS platforms preferred
- Proven ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly during live events
- Experience working directly for a nonprofit organization, preferably in fundraising or development environments.

Salary$65,000 - $75,000
