Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Topeka, KS

This position is for an individually owned and operated TWO MEN AND A TRUCK
® franchise located in Topeka, KS. The employer is Moving Oz, LLC. It is backed by a seasoned team from the Wichita, KS location.

• Base pay of $15 - $18/hr after monthly bonuses based on performance

• Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries
• Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications
• Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves
• Prepare and accurately complete all required paperwork
• Follow-up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction
• Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues
• All other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills; effective listening and communication
