• Maintain professionalism and a pleasant tone during each interaction.

• Explain company benefits and be able to answer basic questions on multiple topics.
• Provide step-by-step guidance on how to access forms through the member portal

• Answer questions regarding the location of specific information

• Assist members with creating an online account
  , resetting passwords
  , or unlocking accounts
  .
• Walk members through the login or account recovery process.

• Accurately log call details
  , including member concerns, instructions provided, and any actions taken.
• Follow organizational procedures to ensure consistent and compliant documentation.

• Strong customer-service focus

• Consistently professional demeanor and positive attitude
