Peterson Properties, Inc is seeking a full-time apartment leasing specialist to join the team at Cedar Ridge Apartments in Topeka, Kansa
s. We are looking for a dependable, energetic, and motivated individual who enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will be an important part of creating a positive experience for both prospective and current residents. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, organized, comfortable communicating with a variety of people, and motivated to help our community reach its leasing and resident-retention goals.

• Customer service experience is required.
• Reliable transportation and commitment to a 40-hour work week is required

• Previous leasing or sales experience is a preferred.
• Rent Cafe/Yardi experience is a plus.
• Ability to successfully complete background and drug screening.
• Compensation is based on experience.
