A local company is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to support customer service, dispatch, and customer follow-through. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and ensure customer needs are addressed promptly
- Assist with dispatch coverage and daily scheduling
- Follow up with customers to ensure requests are completed
- Learn and apply established company best practices and procedures
- Maintain consistent daily processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support team development and assist with training and process improvement
- Take on additional responsibilities as business needs and individual capabilities develop
- Prioritize customer service and dispatch responsibilities over secondary projects
Job Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized with excellent follow-through and attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities and follow established processes
- Comfortable identifying and communicating opportunities for improvement
