Role
Provider Engagement Professional for Network Development and Relations-Dental
Responsibilities- Develop and strengthen the dental provider network through relationship building and engagement.
- Educate providers on Humana Dental products and services.
- Collaborate with Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) and large groups on credentialing processes.
- Support claims processing, discuss fee schedules, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Foster professional relationships to ensure mutual growth and satisfaction.
- Travel to Humana offices as needed to facilitate communication and partnership.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in provider network development or healthcare relations.
- Knowledge of dental insurance products and credentialing processes.
- Ability to collaborate with large organizations and support claims and fee discussions.
- Proactive in educating providers and fostering professional relationships.
