Are you a dynamic, forward-thinking Family Physician who is passionate about patient care? We are seeking an experienced Medical Director/Family Physician to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position leading the medical team and overseeing delivery of high-quality medical care. You will develop and implement medical policies, protocols, and procedures aligned with patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
Providing comprehensive and continuous primary care to patients, from prevention to diagnosis and treatment.Leading and mentoring a team of healthcare professionals, fostering learning, growth, and patient care excellence.Developing and implementing healthcare policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and departments for integrated patient care.Participating in quality improvement initiatives, reviewing patient care, and making improvements to outcomes.Overseeing medical management of specific conditions or treatments and providing clinical guidance.Staying abreast of latest developments in family medicine and healthcare management to ensure up-to-date care.Qualifications
Medical degree from an accredited medical school.Valid medical license in the state.Board certification in Family Medicine.Minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience as a Family Physician.Experience developing and implementing medical policies and procedures.Excellent leadership and team management skills with ability to mentor and motivate.Strong clinical knowledge with a focus on patient-centered care.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with a diverse team.Strong problem-solving skills and clinical decision-making.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Join us for a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment that fosters professional growth.
