A thriving and stable group of 6 Physicians and 6 APPs are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to practice in a primary care setting. This is a quality-of-life position for those who want lower patient volumes, high practice autonomy, and a 4-day work week.

• 4-day work week, Mon‑Thurs or Tues‑Fri
• Low daily patient volumes of 14‑16 per day
• Practice alongside 6 physicians and 6 APPs
• Compensation includes Base Salary of $275K with a Partnership option after 1 year, total income as a Partner between $325‑350K
• Sign‑on/Relocation of $40K, Full and Comprehensive Benefits, 401K w/ match, PTO, and CME
