This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. You must meet specific eligibility requirements per VA policy and submit your EDRP application within four months of appointment. Program approval, award amount (up to $200,000) and eligibility period (one to five years) are determined by the VA Education Loan Repayment Services program office after review of the EDRP application.
Former EDRP participants are ineligible to apply.

The physician for primary care delivery to a panel of patients whose primary areas of responsibility will involve performance of, and documentation of health care delivery for veterans according to VHA and EKHCS PC standards.
The physician practices in the General Medicine Service (GMS) to provide a full range of services emphasizing quality, timeliness, and the advancement of the Veterans Affairs (VA) mission.
The physician provides advanced clinical practice, consultation, and management.
The physician practices to the full extent of their education, training, and certification.
Core functions are outlined in the clinical privileges that correspond with this position.
The physician has prescriptive authority for a panel of patients or program as indicated by their position.
Work Schedule: Days. Times will be determined upon selection.

- EDRP Authorized: Former EDRP participants are ineligible to apply for incentive. Contact the EDRP Coordinator for questions/assistance.
- Pay: Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases.

- Contract: No Physician Employment Contract and no significant restriction on moonlighting.
