Custom Dredge Works, INC is a leading dredging equipment manufacturer, dedicated to innovation and excellence in the maritime industry. We are seeking a skilled Drafter/Detailer to join our engineering team and contribute to the design and production of our high-quality dredging equipment.

As a Drafter/Detailer, you will support our engineering department by creating detailed technical drawings and plans for our dredging equipment. You will work closely with engineers and other team members to ensure all designs meet industry standards and client specifications.

• Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software.
• Produce accurate technical drawings and schematics based on engineering specifications.
• Revise and update drawings as needed to reflect changes in design.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop and refine design concepts. Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or technical diploma in Drafting, CAD, or a related field. 2 YR minimum experience in place of technical degree acceptable.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar CAD software.
  • Previous experience in drafting/detailing, preferably in manufacturing or engineering.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to interpret complex technical information.
  • Knowledge of dredging equipment or maritime industry experience is a plus.
