• Build and maintain relationships with customers, prospective customers, team members, and community partners.
• Provide excellent customer service aligned with Landmark National Bank’s commitment to championing and catalyzing communities.
• Implement a business development plan that includes active outreach to current and prospective customers, achieving bank profitability and growth goals, and meeting risk management objectives.
• Learn and execute the Landmark National Bank sales process to win commercial loans and treasury management opportunities, including participation in regional weekly sales meetings and pipeline activity reports.
• Strengthen the bank’s relationship promise through cross‑sale of various commercial banking and treasury management services, as well as retail banking and mortgage referrals when appropriate.
• Demonstrate sound business judgment when collecting and analyzing data to make informed decisions.
• Approve or deny loan applications within loan approval authority, bank policies, and guidelines.
• Participate as a voting member on a regional loan committee.
• Learn and comply with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, including regular audits and internal loan reviews.
• Collaborate with team, other bank divisions, and bank leadership to develop, monitor, and achieve branch and regional goals.
• Manage professional improvement through the Job Progress Plan and consistently meet performance levels.
• Engage in Landmark National Bank culture initiatives and team success activities, including daily huddles, weekly sales meetings, and celebration events.
• Represent the bank through community engagement to advance its reputation during and after business hours.
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent banking experience (Bachelor’s in Agriculture, Business, or related field preferred).
• High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
• Demonstrated customer service experience.
• Able to exercise sound business judgment, including basic financial analytical skills.
• Planning and time management skills.
• Ability to collect and present detailed information.
• Understanding of basic personal computer programs (Internet, Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Frequently required to sit or stand for long periods, speak, listen, touch, and grasp objects, and reach with hands and arms.

Occasionally required to move about the banking facility, lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.

Evening and weekend work may be required based on business need.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to banks or visit clients in the region is required.
