Credit Analyst II

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for commercial banking
• Analyze current credit data, financial statements, and due diligence data of customers and prospects
• Prepare reports with credit information for decision making
• Prepare basis and comprehensive credit analyses on commercial loans
• Analyze commercial credits exceeding $1.5 million
• Monitor compliance with loan agreements
• Provide support of loan officers and managers through financial statement spreading and analysis
• Participate in deal discussion meetings between lending personnel, market managers and appropriate credit officers
• Ensure all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures

• BS/BA Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or a related field is required
• 3-5 years’ work related experience and / or training preferred
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures manuals
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
