Job Description- Support the Hills R&D Finance team with Purchase Order Management
- Follow up with stakeholders regarding purchase orders, goods receipts, and vendor invoices
- Run and distribute system-generated reports
- Attend monthly Accounts Payable meetings and follow up on unresolved issues
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Sr. Finance Analyst and Finance Manager
Minimum Education: High School Diploma
- Prior experience in accounting, banking, or purchasing preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
