Position Summary

As a Member Service Representative, you will deliver exceptional member experiences by providing efficient and courteous service, processing accurate teller transactions, and cross‑selling products and services in alignment with members' financial needs and CFCU strategic goals. You will serve as the first point of contact for most member interactions.

What You Will Do
  • Accurately process teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
  • Serve as front‑line contact and build relationships with Communication Federal Credit Union members.
  • Achieve individual and branch goals for member experience, transaction accuracy, and product cross‑sells.

Required

Work Schedule:

rotating shifts, Mon‑Fri earliest starts at 7:30 am, latest ends at 6 pm; rotating Saturdays, 9 am‑12 pm.

Education and Qualifications
  • Bilingual – Spanish fluency required.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial institution or retail customer sales/service environment required.
  • Prior cash‑handling experience preferred.
