The Financial Advisor will work full time on-site in the Topeka Metropolitan Area, partnering closely with clients to develop and implement personalized financial plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed financial and retirement needs analyses, creating investment strategies, and providing ongoing advisory support to individuals and families. The role involves regular client meetings, portfolio reviews, and recommendations that align with fiduciary standards and long-term objectives.
The Financial Advisor will collaborate with internal partners to coordinate trust services, retirement solutions, and lending access as appropriate, while maintaining accurate documentation and staying current on market trends and regulatory changes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to design comprehensive, long-term client strategies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Investments and Finance to analyze portfolios, assess risk, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Financial Advisory to deliver fiduciary-focused guidance and build trusted client relationships.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications such as CFP®, ChFC®, or similar are highly beneficial.
- Proven experience in wealth management or financial services, with a commitment to ethical conduct and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work on-site in the Topeka Metropolitan Area and manage a growing book of business with attention to detail and client service.
