Financial Advisor

Edward Jones seeks an experienced Financial Advisor to provide personalized investment, retirement, and wealth management strategies to individual investors and small businesses. You'll build and deepen client relationships, analyze financial goals, and recommend tailored portfolios and insurance solutions. Partnering with a supportive branch team, you'll grow your practice through proactive prospecting, community networking, and referrals, while upholding strict regulatory standards and Edward Jones's client-first, integrity-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to individual and small business clients
• Assess client goals, risk tolerance, and time horizon to design tailored portfolios and strategies
• Monitor and rebalance client portfolios, recommending adjustments as markets and life events change
• Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, and community networking
• Maintain detailed client records and utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines and follow-ups
• Ensure full compliance with FINRA, SEC, and firm policies and procedures
• Collaborate with branch team members to deliver high-quality client service
• Prepare and deliver clear, data-driven financial proposals and reviews
• Support clients with retirement, education, tax-aware, and estate planning strategies
• Pursue ongoing professional development and maintain required licenses
