• Develop and execute advocacy and public policy strategies.
• Track legislative and regulatory developments and evaluate their impact.
• Build productive relationships with elected officials, community partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Prepare policy updates, presentations, reports, and other communications.
• Advise leadership on legislative and regulatory matters.
• Represent the organization at meetings, public events, and professional conferences.
• Support strategic initiatives through research, collaboration, and outreach.

• Bachelor s degree preferred.
• Three or more years of experience in government affairs, public policy, association management, public administration, or a related field.
• Ability to obtain Kansas lobbyist registration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
