- Provides clerical support to the department to contribute to an effective and organized department.
- Provides quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Performs scheduling activities to maximize resources and meet customer needs.
- Coordination of outreach location and credentialing as needed with locations. Oversees outreach studies to ensure that they are processed in appropriate amount of time.
- Coordinates and provides administrative support to the Administrative Director of Cardiovascular Service Line.
- Serves as a resource for department and organization regarding Medical Staff accreditation and regulatory compliance.
- Responsible for the outreach credentialing services special emphasis on credentialing, appointment, and reappointment processes for both medical staff and allied health professional staff.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED equivalent
- Positive interpersonal relationship skills required. Must possess ability to proofread, perform basic math skills, and some experience with computer applications (i.e., Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook)
Preferred

- Experience with EMR
- Knowledge of medical terminology
