Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a compassionate Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for individuals with speech, language, and communication needs, primarily in educational settings with additional support in residential environments.

• Conduct assessments, develop evidence‑based treatment plans, and deliver individual and group therapy.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and mental‑health professionals to support communication goals.
• Adapt approaches for clients with behavioral and mental‑health challenges, ensuring patient‑centered, trauma‑informed care.
• Document progress, contribute to care plans, and participate in team meetings and training.

Master’s degree, state licensure, and preferably ASHA certification. Knowledge of AAC and supporting clients with mental‑health needs are a plus.

Salary ranges from $75,000‑$85,000 with flexible hours, comprehensive benefits, and a $2,500 sign‑on bonus paid in installments. We promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in our workplace.
