Behavioral Health Program Coordinator

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting behavioral health initiatives? We are seeking a Behavioral Health Program Coordinator to assist with monitoring, reporting, and compliance activities tied to statewide mental health programs.

In this role, you will help coordinate reporting efforts, support contract oversight, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure programs remain aligned with regulatory standards. • Assist in preparing and coordinating quarterly reports related to behavioral health initiatives and compliance requirements
• Support monitoring of program contracts, including invoice review and communication with contractors
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather information needed for reporting and program oversight
• Help ensure program activities align with federal, state, and agency policies and procedures

• 3+ years of experience in program support, administrative coordination, public health, social services, or a related field
• Strong written communication skills and ability to synthesize information into clear, organized reports
• Ability to understand and apply policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in public health, social work, public administration, behavioral health, or related field (Master’s preferred but not required)

Hourly: $20/hr
