Florida Licensed Case Manager Assistant

A company is looking for a Case Manager Assistant to support the Telephonic Nurse Case Management team in managing Workers' Compensation medical cases.

Key Responsibilities Contact injured workers, employers, and medical providers to verify and obtain initial claim information Obtain and track medical records, schedule appointments, and communicate work status updates Document case activity, manage diary tasks, and assist with triage and care direction

Required Qualifications 1-2 years of medical terminology and/or medical office experience required High school diploma or equivalent required Working knowledge of the Florida Workers' Compensation system and applicable statutes Strong data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel Experience supporting Workers' Compensation case management preferred
