Overview
Crisis Case Manager:
Sumner Mental Health Center, a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) and Community Mental Health Center (CMHC), located in Wellington, Kansas, has an opening for a Crisis Case Manager to work as part of the Crisis Services team. This position provides crisis services to adults, youth, or children, including assessment, intervention, care coordination with resources, and follow up to ensure needed services are in place.
After-hours on-call is limited to a few times per year with hours generally the regular work week of Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
A minimum of a Bachelor s degree with experience or an Associate s Degree is required; preferably with prior experience in providing crisis services, with an emphasis on adult experience. Must have electronic medical record experience, documentation, and communication skills.

- Background checks required, along with Kansas driver s license and motor vehicle insurance for use of fleet vehicles.
