Compensation:
Earning potential: $60,000–$70,000 annually based on productivity model; paid bi-weekly

Join Our Team at Lilac Center as a Licensed Therapist! A Licensed Mental Health Therapist with the Lilac Center provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Therapist Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Facilitate or co-facilitate individual and group sessions, teaching DBT skills in our Intensive Outpatient Program
  • Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
  • Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
  • Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
  • Maintain an active caseload of approximately 26 clients per week; a minimum of 15 clients per week required
  • Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required
  • Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies

  • Compensation:
    Earning potential: $60,000–$70,000 annually based on productivity model; paid bi-weekly (details below)

Licensed Therapist

Required Qualifications
  • Active, unrestricted license: LSCSW or LCPC in Kansas and/or Missouri
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
  • Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
  • Possess or be willing to learn DBT therapy
  • Ability to provide therapy independently
  • Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
  • Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.)
  • Experience in outpatient or group practice settings

Preferred Qualifications
  • Preference for DBT therapy knowledge, with training available for the right candidate.
