Community Health Network is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to evaluate, plan, and provide therapy for pediatric and general patients at the Stones Crossing clinic in Greenwood, IN.
Schedule:
24 hours per week across Tue/Thu and Fri, with day shifts.
The role requires a BS in OT and an Indiana OT license or temporary permit; outpatient pediatric experience is preferred, along with strong teamwork and communication skills.
