Compensation Range: $39.00 - $51.00

Sign‑on Bonus: $7,500 for full‑time positions

Physical Therapist position at Encompass Health providing direct inpatient care. The role involves delivering high‑quality, compassionate care, creating personalized rehabilitation plans, and supporting patients’ physical, mental, and emotional recovery.

• Provide direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery.

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s degree preferred, or bachelor’s degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
