Elior is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian to support our hospitality-driven dining programs across healthcare, senior living, and similar settings. In this role, you will provide individualized nutrition assessments, develop care plans, and guide therapeutic and specialty menus that align with clinical, cultural, and regulatory needs. You will collaborate daily with culinary and operations teams, educate residents, patients, and staff, and help drive a safe, inclusive, and welcoming dining experience that reflects Elior’s people-first, service-minded culture.
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents, patients, and guests.
- Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to design, review, and adjust menus that meet therapeutic, cultural, and regulatory standards.
- Provide one-on-one and group nutrition counseling and education to residents, patients, families, and staff.
- Monitor and document nutritional status, intake, and outcomes using EHR or facility systems, adjusting interventions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility and Elior North America standards.
- Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings to support quality outcomes and satisfaction.
- Support training of food service and clinical staff on special diets, allergens, and safe food handling.
- Assist in quality improvement initiatives related to nutrition, dining experience, and patient/resident satisfaction.
