Hutchinson Regional Medical Center, Inc. is seeking a Case Manager/Intensive Individual Support to deliver evidence-based mental health and applied behavior services in the community, school or home.
The goal is to improve a child’s emotional, mental and overall functioning while keeping them in the least restrictive setting. You will develop and maintain a client-centered Treatment Plan with families and the treatment team, coordinate care, and participate in supervision.
