Holiday Inn Express Topeka North is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. If you enjoy helping people, creating positive guest experiences, and working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, we'd love to hear from you!

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and assist guests with reservations, questions, and requests.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Assist with daily front desk operations and administrative tasks.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hotel, customer service, or front desk experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel management software.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
