HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST – POSITION SUMMARY

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing support to all company personnel. This includes administration of all human resources activities in compliance with company policy, standards of performance, and legal requirements. The Human Resources Generalist must lead by example, adhering to all policies and procedures contained in the manuals issued by Vital Core Health Strategies, and collaborate with other recruitment and HR team members.

HUMAN

RESOURCES GENERALIST – PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of work related experience or 4 years equivalent work-related experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of employee leave processes preferred.
  • Experience working with ADP or comparable HRIS software preferred.
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office.
