Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience in technical analysis, systems analysis, or IT support roles Experience documenting technical requirements, system workflows, and data mappings Working understanding of APIs, ETL, integrations, databases, and IT infrastructure basics Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
