Senior Network Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join our team supporting Base Infrastructure Modernization (BIM).

• Lead complex network implementations while ensuring the stability and maintenance of existing infrastructure.
• Provide technical solutions and mentor junior engineers in network‑related tasks.
• Conduct network surveys and documentation to support infrastructure planning.
• Analyze customer requirements and design technical solutions to meet their needs.
• Design and implement advanced network configurations to optimize performance.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical network issues and provide rapid resolutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for potential network enhancements and improvements.
• Monitor the work quality of junior engineers and provide guidance and feedback.
• Participate in technical design reviews to ensure project alignment with best practices.
• Manage local implementation teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to specification.

• Five (5) years enterprise networking.
• Experience with advanced LAN implementation.
• Expertise in complex network troubleshooting.
• Proven team leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in technical documentation.
• Skilled in analyzing customer requirements.
• Ability to evaluate and recommend technology solutions.
• Must have an active Secret clearance.

CCNP or equivalent

• Experience with project management.
• Proficiency in training development and delivery.
• Skilled in customer relationship management.
• Expertise in change management processes.
