This IT Technician position is based in the Topeka, KS area at Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions. The role focuses on providing technical support to ensure smooth operations for staff and the critical work they do for kids and families.
About the RoleAs an IT Technician, you will be the go‑to person for technical support, ensuring smooth operations for our team and the mission of strengthening families. Your responsibilities will include:
- Provisioning user accounts and resolving connectivity issues.
- Troubleshooting equipment abnormalities.
- Managing helpdesk tickets and meeting service level agreements (SLAs) within two business days.
- Supporting staff in your assigned region, with occasional travel as required.
- Collaborating with a forward‑thinking IT team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

- Detail‑oriented and proactive.
- Able to challenge ineffective processes and suggest improvements.

- Education:
High School diploma or GED required. - Experience:
Prior experience in computer systems or a helpdesk setting is preferred. - Training:
On‑the‑job training provided. - Other:
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency underwriting standards.
