The position requires hands‑on leadership, clear executive communication, and proficiency with Smartsheet, Clarity, and Jira in a hybrid Agile environment.

The Project Manager will drive risk, issue, and dependency management while ensuring alignment with governance and security standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex IT and data platform initiatives from initiation through closure.
  • Own and manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Drive execution of data platform migration projects, including movement of large data volumes from legacy systems into modern architectures.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise IT, data governance, and security standards.
  • Develop, maintain, and actively manage detailed project plans, RAID logs, budgets, and schedules.
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability between technical teams and executive leadership.
  • Communicate risks, issues, trade‑offs, and recommendations to enable leadership decision‑making.
  • Prepare and deliver executive‑level status reporting and presentations.
  • Facilitate discussions across engineering, architecture, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and resolve conflicts.
  • Lead projects in a Hybrid Agile environment and guide teams toward fully Agile delivery.
  • Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies based on project needs.
  • Participate in and drive weekly or bi‑weekly RAID and project reviews.
  • Own project execution and reporting using Smartsheet, Clarity, and Jira.
  • Ensure accurate financial tracking, reconciliation, and forecasting.
  • Act as an owner by identifying challenges and bringing solutions and recommendations.
  • Follow up to ensure commitments are met and blockers are removed.
  • Regain project traction when unexpected issues arise.
  • Complete onboarding and take ownership of assigned projects within the first six months.
  • Deliver consistent reporting via Smartsheet and Clarity and maintain project health across scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Build trust with engineering teams, program leadership, and executive stakeholders.
Experience Requirements
  • 7–10+ years of IT Project Management experience delivering large‑scale or enterprise initiatives.
  • Proven success managing projects in the $700K–$10M+ range.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead data‑centric or platform migration projects.
