PC Support

  • Monitor and track all incidents across all SNOW queues for North America.
  • Diagnose and resolve incidents using documented procedures.
  • Provide Monday–Friday onsite technical support (8‑hour day) and on‑call after hours as needed.
  • Set up and implement new‑hire hardware.
  • Test assets to ensure proper functionality.
  • Install, repair, and conduct preventative maintenance on all MARS laptops and desktops across North America.
  • Manage Dell warranty and coordinate with Dell for replacement hardware.
Asset Management
  • Maintain inventory of Windows‑based assets and peripherals.
  • Update the Hardware Asset Management database.
  • Track per‑segment/Site asset status at the depot.
  • Assign, profile, image, and replace end‑of‑life assets.
  • Handle break‑/fix repairs based on warranty status.
  • Manage new hire and business segment moves.
  • Coordinate shipping and delivery for new hires, replacements, segment moves, leavers, and inactive asset support.
  • Generate reporting on in/out stock inventory status for replacements and depot assets.
  • Drive disposal of hardware and oversee complete PC lifecycle from procurement through disposal.
  • Provide software support and installation, including OS imaging, automated deployment, and manual installs.
  • Install and test desktop software applications and internet browsers.
  • Deliver iOS system and mobile app support.
Audio/Visual Support
  • Maintain and test Windows‑based AV systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues and re‑image Windows‑based systems when required.
  • Train users on scheduling meetings and conference‑room software/hardware.
  • Provide executive full‑meeting support.
  • Conduct quality control and conference‑room health checks.
  • Coordinate third‑party vendors for AV equipment updates, installations, and warranty work.
  • Provide live support for town‑hall conferences.
  • Troubleshoot wall‑mounted EVOKOS displays.
Network Infrastructure Support
  • Support server hardware replacements.
  • Procure and install HDD replacements for servers.
  • Procure, rack, and stack servers per team requests.
Smart Hands Support
  • Deliver depot services, OS imaging, and software installation.
  • Deliver hardware and peripherals to customers.
  • Perform advanced hardware replacements for break/fix incidents.
  • Coordinate refresh/replacements for North‑America users.
  • Manage assets across multiple segments.
  • Coordinate with third‑party vendors and partners.
  • Conduct Digital Genius sessions, support Microsoft Teams, and manage Okta support expectations.
Project Support
  • Provide project management support for out‑of‑scope operations requests.
  • Oversee successful completion of projects, set milestone targets, adhere to deadlines, and allocate resources.
  • Delegate tasks to the Tek Systems NA support team.
  • Offer effective suggestions for project progression among multiple options.
  • Act as liaison between Mars Management, associates, and Tek Management.
  • Manage scope, schedule, risk, quality, and resources per the defined scope of work.
  • Handle end‑to‑end operations.

Job Type & Location

This is a contract position based out of Topeka, KS.

Pay and Benefits

Pay range: $20.00 – $27.00 per hour.
