Sheridan College is seeking a temporary summer IT support help for end-users. This position involves providing Tier 1 support and assisting IT Staff. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, answering helpdesk calls, and supporting campus events. Basic customer service and computer skills are required. Working hours will generally be Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. The hourly rate is $15/hour, and the position is expected to last less than six months.
