Position Overview

The Customer Service Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for customers requesting service and support for their communication and safety systems. In this role, you'll help customers resolve issues, coordinate service requests, and deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving, communication, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll also receive exposure to multiple software platforms and systems.

You'll gain valuable technical knowledge, develop customer service and troubleshooting skills, and build experience that can lead to future advancement within our growing organization.

What You'll Do

* Respond to customer service requests via phone, email, and website submissions by developing strategic solutions to best meet the customer needs

* Coordinate and manage service requests from initial contact through resolution

* Provide exceptional customer support and timely communication

* Troubleshoot issues and provide initial technical assistance by developing working knowledge of systems and components

* Accurately document and track customer interactions and service requests

* Collaborate with technicians, manufacturers, and internal teams to resolve issues

* Assist with special projects and service improvement initiatives

* Help ensure customer expectations and response times are exceeded

* Participate in ongoing training, certifications, and professional development opportunities

* Build strong working relationships across departments and teams

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Information Sciences, or related field (or equivalent experience)

* Previous customer service, help desk, or technology support experience preferred

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills

* Ability to learn new technologies quickly

* Positive attitude and strong work ethic

* Desire to grow professionally and take on new opportunities

* CompTIA A+ Certification is a plus
