As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will manage and deliver high‑quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management. Your responsibilities will include continuous process improvement, innovation, and leveraging best practices. You will oversee professional employees or supervise teams to achieve complex technical initiatives. Expect to maintain billable client charging, lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients daily.

Travel may be required based on client needs.

• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.
• Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or work streams, including requirement gathering, architectural design, blueprinting, testing, workflow completion, documentation, and functional design.
• Consistently deliver quality client services, monitoring progress, managing risk, and keeping key stakeholders informed about progress and expected outcomes.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
• Demonstrate strong decision‑making skills in developing solutions for complex problems.
• Modify policies and establish procedures within the scope of work.
• Possess a functional understanding of the system development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks.

• Strong foundation in managing processes and solutions with an emphasis on quality and risk management.
• Ability to engage in research and apply best practices to drive innovation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical documentation skills.
• Solid understanding of SAP Finance leading practices, industry benchmarks, and advisory experience within finance and technology functions.
• Hands‑on expertise in SAP S/4
  
  HANA FICO, including CO, FI, FSCM, and Treasury modules.
• Experience with system configuration and development of functional specifications.
• Familiarity with RFP processes and Phase 0 activities.
• Working knowledge of Agile and ASAP methodologies.
• Ability to independently research and address client inquiries, including regulatory and industry trends.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40‑60%.

• 4 to 6 years of SAP ERP experience, including at least three full lifecycle implementations across Finance modules (e.g., AP, AR, GL).
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams, including coordination of project-based team members; exposure to hybrid onshore/offshore delivery models is a plus.
• Hands‑on expertise in SAP S/4
  
  HANA FICO, including CO (Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA), FI (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable), FSCM (Bank Account Management, In‑House Cash, BCM), and Treasury.
• Experience with system configuration and development of functional specifications.
• Familiarity with RFP processes and Phase 0 activities.
• Knowledge of Agile and ASAP methodologies.
• Strong decision‑making skills for developing solutions to complex problems.
• Ability to conduct independent research and address client inquiries, including regulatory and industry trends.
• Strong relationship management skills.

• Prior consulting experience.
• SAP certification(s), including P_S4
  
  FIN – Financials in SAP S/4
  
  HANA for SAP ERP Finance Experts.
• Experience with at least three full lifecycle implementations in a core SAP Finance module.
• Additional SAP Finance certifications and/or prior accounting or finance industry experience.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making.
