• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
• Lead the delivery of complex processes and solutions, ensuring quality and risk management while navigating operational dynamics.
• Manage client relationships and revenue generation, providing leadership across multiple activities, and achieving performance objectives.
• Engage in planning, execution, and closure of client engagements; requires regular travel to meet with external clients.

• Strong understanding of Agile delivery and development methodologies.
• Proficient in application development tools and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes.
• Ability to work with key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP system capabilities.
• Experience initiating requirement gathering, architecting solutions, blueprinting, testing, completing workflow and documentation, as well as functional design of the solution.
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders and technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non‑SAP systems.

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in S/4
  
  HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP BTP across development, integration, and analytics use cases.
• Working knowledge of SAP RISE operating model, including GROW and other hosting options.
• Proven experience leading technology teams and coordinating with vendors and partners to deliver enterprise‑scale solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40‑60%.

• SAP certification(s).
• Proactive approach to identifying and solving client issues.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Proven track record of building and managing client relationships.

• Comprehensive compensation and benefits package rewarding performance and recognizing value brought to the business.
• Base salary range for all geographic locations in the US: $171,600–$392,100.
• Base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento): $205,900–$445,700.

• Hybrid work model: expect most external, client-serving roles to work together in person 40‑60% of the time.
